EVENT DAY DETAILS

Main Event

Saturday, JUNE 27 | 10AM – 6PM

Vendors

  • Vendors must be fully set up BEFORE 10 AM (no exceptions)

  • Breakdown begins at 6:00 PM (unless otherwise approved)

  • Vendors must have their own liability insurance

Speakers

  • Please arrive at least 1 HOUR PRIOR to your scheduled speaking time.

  • Final speaker schedule will be shared once all speakers are confirmed.

  • Selected Speakers are strongly encouraged to choose a vendor/sponsor package. Since the talks will not include a "Q & A" time, having a location to send guest is ideal. Let's create more integration between you and the guests!

VENDOR BOOTH SETUP:

VENDORS SPOT DESCRIPTIONS (see photos below):

  • INDOOR BALLROOM VENDOR BOOTH: At the Marriott, we have 1/3 of the grand ballroom partitioned off for our indoor vendors. All tables will be posiitoned against the wall (see example photo below)

  • PRE-FUNCTION SPACE: Premium spots in the pre-function space are located at guest entrance & registration. - central hub between speaker hall + vendors experiences

  • OUTDOOR COURTYARD VENDOR BOOTH: The outdoor space is in the beautiful courtyard with an extra large covered patio, shade trees, gazebo, and fountain. fWe will limited spots availabe for a small tent in the areas with less shade only.

  • COOLING: pending tempatures, we will be setting up misting fans in the courtyard for comfort! Nice and chill!

  • LIVE MUSIC + FOOD TENTS: both these will be setup in the courtyard.

VENDOR BUSINESS PROFILE FORM & PRINT MAILER:

  • If you have enrolled as a VENDOR with one of our SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES, please see your confimation email and complete your BUSINESS PROFILE FORM as a vendor ASAP. We utilize this form to add your business to our event directory and for social media posts

  • PRINT MAILER: This is a BONUS value and incentive for all vendors who register by MAY 25th! Depending on your selected SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE, the size of your ad/ listing will vary. Print mail layout and overall ad sizes will adjust slightly pending the number of vendors and package types get in early! (see example mock up below)

  • WHAT WE NEED FOR PRINT MAILER: Your logo and the Offer you would like included on the ad. Please keep OFFER concise due to limited space. We have partnered with Home Town Ties to create this extra visiibility BONUS!
