VENDOR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

To maintain the integrity and energy of the event -

All vendors are asked to offer an interactive experience.

IDEAS FOR YOUR VENDOR EXPERIENCE:

WHAT TO BRING

We will be setting up your table and chairs, but you bring the good stuff!

VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BRING:

  • Tablecloths

  • Business cards & marketing materials

  • Posters, banners, or signage

  • Optional raffle or exclusive offer to engage attendees

  • Any supplies needed for your interactive experience

  • Electricity & Specialty equipment
    (Must be pre-approved if required)

EVENT DAY DETAILS

Main Event

Saturday, JUNE 27 | 10AM – 6PM

Vendors

  • Vendors must be fully set up by 10 AM (no exceptions)

  • Breakdown begins at 6:00 PM (unless otherwise approved)

  • Vendors must have their own liability insurance

Speakers

  • Please arrive at least 1 HOUR PRIOR to your scheduled speaking time.

  • Final speaker schedule will be shared once all speakers are confirmed.

  • Selected Speakers are required choose a vendor/sponsor package - Let's create more visibility and more integration between you and the guests!
